was raining quite heavily before the parade. so much so that it became Cat 1 and we couldn't have the final rehearsals. aiya. everyone was tired and the rain allowed us a chance to rest.
they had to cover the rostrum to prevent the mike from spoiling.

the run in, 2nd part of the parade. we were led by out company best this time. after marching out, we 'throw' down our rifles, helmet and LBV (load bearing vest). when we ran in, we were singing training to be soldiers.
