wad's for dinner...

came back slightly early today so i had some time to prepare dinner. decided to make baked rice since the sch also got sell and i've been wanting to eat.

fresh from the oven!! haha..


there's mushroom, green pepper and lots of ham! haha..

last time i made baked rice i put all the ingredients on the top. this time i thought i'll layer the rice. as in 1 layer of rice, then ham, then rice, then green pepper, then rice, then mushroom and the balance ham with the sauce.

quite tasty this time just that there's always not enough sauce. and its a little wet at the bottom.
